One platform, from the guest’s phone to your team’s queue.
QRBell Hotel connects what a guest asks for from the room, who on your team handles it, and the state of your rooms and stays. Here is what each part does and where it fits.

A room-services page that opens in any phone browser.
After scanning, the guest sees the property, their room number and four simple tabs: Home, Menu, Requests and Orders.
- No app download, no guest account and no password
- Services, menu and contact options reflect what your property has set up
- Requests and orders the guest has placed stay visible on their own tabs
- Who uses it
- Guests, during their stay
- Problem it solves
- Guests don’t know whom to call, or how to ask

Every room has its own QR — you decide who can use it.
From the QR codes screen, staff link a QRBell QR code to each room. A scan opens that room’s page, so requests always arrive with the right room.
- Open access: anyone who scans the room QR can use its services
- Stay PIN: a 6-digit PIN is shown once to staff at check-in for the guest to enter
- Guest sessions end at check-out; staff can revoke one early
- Each link shows whether QRBell has verified it, and can be re-verified or revoked
- Who uses it
- Property managers set it up; guests scan
- Problem it solves
- Requests without a room, and outsiders using room services

A “Call reception” button on every room page.
Link a department such as the front desk to a reception intercom, and guests see a “Call reception” option that opens QRBell’s own calling flow.
The button appears only where a reception intercom is set up. QRBell Hotel links to QRBell’s calling service rather than placing calls itself.
- Who uses it
- Guests and the front desk
- When to call vs. request
- Calls suit questions and urgent issues; routine needs are better as tracked requests.

Routed, timed and tracked — not lost between shifts.
You define the services guests can request and the department responsible for each. Every request arrives in a shared queue with its room, priority and due time.
- Service categories per department, each with its own target time (SLA)
- Priorities from Low to Urgent; assignment with history
- Notes on each request; only valid status changes are allowed
- Overdue requests are escalated automatically
- Staff can log a request on a guest’s behalf
- Who uses it
- Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance
- Problem it solves
- Requests lost between calls, notes and shifts

An in-room menu you control, with a kitchen workflow to match.
Build menus with categories and items, set what’s available and publish when ready. Guests order from the Menu tab; staff take each order to Delivered.
- Publish or unpublish menus; changes reach the guest page without a reload
- Items marked unavailable can’t be ordered
- Totals are calculated on the server from your menu prices
- Duplicate taps don’t create duplicate orders

Model your property the way it’s actually laid out.
Organize each property into buildings, floors and rooms, and set up departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance. Then run the day from one dashboard.
- Add rooms individually or in bulk
- Room statuses: Ready, Occupied, Cleaning, Maintenance, Out of service
- Stays & guests: check-in and check-out, one active stay per room
- Property settings, an audit log of staff actions and a support channel to QRBell
- Who uses it
- Property managers and front desk
- Problem it solves
- Room state and stays tracked on paper
Everyone sees what they need — and nothing they shouldn’t.
Invite staff by email and give each a role. Access can be scoped to properties and departments, and every permission is checked on the server.
Organization admin
Owner or director. Full control of the organization and all of its properties, including roles.
Property manager
General manager. Runs assigned properties: setup, staff, operations and menus.
Front desk
Reception team. Stays, guest sessions, service requests, room status and orders.
Staff
Housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance. Works the request and order queues and updates room status.
Planned Custom roles per organization are not available yet.
Know what’s open, what’s late and what’s done.
Staff screens update in real time as requests and orders change, so the queue at the front desk matches the one in housekeeping. Guests see the same status changes on their room page.
- Live request and order queues, with in-app notifications for staff
- SLA due times and automatic escalation
- An audit log of who did what, for accountability across shifts
